WE CAN PROCEED ONLY WITH YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT

We have  progressed with unpaid labor aka volunteers, a donation from organizations and individuals, a couple of grants and a loan from a friend. We need additional funds to continue this essential document and to develop new features. The webmaster, the ISP, the bank carrying charges, the clerical help. All of them need to be paid.
