On June 18 a major rally tied to Juneteenth (June 19), is being organized by the Poor People's Campaign in Washington. It will highlight a speech by Rev. William Barber. For details regarding busses, rideshare, housing etc.: https://www.poorpeoplescampaign.org

Advisory Council

The newest member of the Advisory Council is Rev. Dr. Jan Rivero, United Methodist clergy, retired. She is working largely in higher education ministries, shaping tomorrow’s leaders for advocacy and justice work.

She joins the other 17 members of the Advisory Council. The Council works with all five of the Activists' Guide publications, including Activists' Watch.
